• As VP, Human Resources at Cognizant Technology Solutions, she designed and implemented Cognizant’s talent strategy as well as the company’s “Hi5” leadership development program. A senior strategic advisor to Cognizant’s executive team, Stephanie chaired the implementation of Peoplesoft HCM 9.0 while leading Cognizant’s North America Human Resources and Global Immigration Services functions. During her tenure, Stephanie helped to drive Cognizant’s phenomenal 50+ percent year over year growth; from 11,000 to over 40,000 associates worldwide.

At Accenture, Stephanie grew through successive roles, including Associate Partner leading People Programs, Global Compensation and Technology Human Resources. She enabled initiatives including the globalization of the Financial Services Technology practice, implementation of the company’s service offering capability model, definition of a workforce model enabling the company’s foray into offshore solution services and creation of a variable pay offering to support the firm’s transition from a partnership to a public company.
•At The Bank of New York, Stephanie held leadership roles in the Technology Services, Cash Management and Operations Divisions through 6 mergers and acquisitions, including the hostile takeover of the Irving Trust Company.
