Vishy served as Managing Director- Resource and Location Strategy for Global Technology Infrastructure, with JPMorgan Chase, and as Senior Vice President- AD Excellence, for Chase Retail Financial Services (CFS). He thrust the company to strategic offshore sourcing in Applications Development/ maintenance, Business Process and Technology Infrastructure services; realizing several hundred million dollars in annual savings.

His experience spans the full range of business operations; Vishy established and managed two offshore software companies, in both India and Barbados, including COSL, a subsidiary of Citicorp in India and a founding member of NASSCOM. Committed to process excellence, Vishy was instrumental in the adaptation of the CMM model in the Indian offshore industry, and has experience in software development, project management, marketing and general management gained at the Tata group of companies.

A citizen of the world, Vishy has lived and worked in the USA, India, U.K, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Jamaica, and Barbados and traveled to over 60 countries. Vishy lends an excellent understanding of the specific needs of global businesses and the value of cultural relevance in creating excellence. An accomplished speaker, writer and trainer, Vishy earned his MBA in General Management from the world renowned Indian Institute of Management (IIMA), Ahmedabad, India and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, India.
