Dr. Hart is regarded for her insight, candor and creativity and provides solutions expertise in Leadership Alignment, Change Leadership, Organization Design & Development and Merger & Acquisition as well as Strategy & Transformation.
Lending over twenty seven years of consulting experience, including 17 years at Capgemini, where she served as Vice President in the Strategy and Transformation Consulting practice, Ellen works with executive teams to define future strategies and align their organization for desired results.
