Managing Partners:
Stephanie Halliday Kelly has held HR leadership roles at The Bank of New York, Andersen Consulting/Accenture & Cognizant Technology Solutions. Her transformation experience spans specialties, and supports her interest in change management, rewards, leadership and talent strategy.
Vidya Murali met her partners while leading Professional Development for Cognizant Technology Solutions. Her experiences at Cognizant, Ramco Systems and Iris Consulting are embedded in the hyper-growth IT Services Industry and support her creative and pragmatic approach to business oriented talent solutions and executive development.

Partners and Consultants:
Ellen R. Hart is a recognized expert in Transformation and Strategy, having been quoted in FORTUNE and The Wall Street Journal as well as publishing a case study for the Harvard Review. With over twenty seven years of consulting experience, Ellen works with executive teams to define future strategies and align their organization for desired results.
Teresa Howe is an HR executive with over 20 years of experience in organizational development, strategic planning, new product development and presentations. Having held senior positions in multiple International companies, she is a skilled communicator with empathetic ability to build relationships between management, teams and employees.
Danielle Jiacomin has ample knowledge in the implementation of innovative performance and productivity-enhancement programs. With 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits at Accenture, Deloitte & Touche and Mercer she is a great asset to the Apt team.
Lakshmi Krishnan possesses a unique understanding of HRM, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits. She lends an analytic approach to strategy definition, and a practical knowledge of operations and administration to program and process design. Decidedly effective, Lakshmi is adept in the design and implementation of performance management programs.
Angus Lavin brings 10 years of niche HR experience to Apt’s team, having designed and set-up employee operations throughout the EU. He has partnered with businesses in manufacturing, constructing, government and professional services, utilizing his expertise in both local and international concerns and in the private and public sector.
Pradeep Mukerjee lends over 26 years of experience, including 19 years as a Head of Human Resources for various Citibank & Citigroup entities across India, the US and the UAE. His effectiveness as a leader and his rich multicultural understanding enables him to provide business leaders in or outside of HR guidance and to add significant value for multinational clients.
Mary Jane Sarocco is a recognized expert in Total Rewards and HR strategy with technical expertise that spans multiple geographies. Her career incorporates both consulting and corporate experience, and she continues to provide HR solutions at the forefront of marketplace change, applying her knowledge to help business leaders advance a strategy, enable an acquisition, assess a merger, or align rewards and cost with business results.
Steven Schack brings over twenty years of consulting and management experience to APT. With a career that started at Ernst & Young and includes the founding of Clear Blue Associates LLC, Steven has consistently helped clients achieve tangible results in change management, process improvement innovation, and team and leadership development.
Srinivasan Viswanathan is an expert in the planning and implementation of global resource models. Vishy developed his reputation as a transformation leader through career turns at two successful off-shore start-ups, JPMorgan Chase and Chasse Retail Financial Services. In addition to executive assessment and leadership mentoring, Vishy helps clients to plan and implement a global footprint that enhances shareholder value, enables growth and achieves world class service delivery.
Webmaster and Special Projects:
Heidi Graham is a senior at Duke University majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Art History. Enthusiastic and bright, Heidi complements her passion for the medical field with a keen interest in consulting. Having grown up in China, Venezuela, Kuwait, and the United Kingdom she has a sincere appreciation for cultural diversity. She has visited nearly 50 countries and territories and been to all seven continents.
