Teresa Howe is both empathetic and versatile having extensive experience in both the corporate, non-profit and consulting worlds. As an HR executive with over 20 years of generalist experience, Teresa has held senior positions in International companies such as AIG, IAPA and Chubb. She is a skilled communicator with consultative ability to build positive relationships between management, teams and employees. She has a track record in organizational development, strategic planning, new product development and presentations.
As a long-standing member of the HRPAO and the Certified Human Resources Planners, Teresa draws on best practices and leading performance management strategies in helping clients solve their people challenges.
In the community, she served as President of the Board of Directors for JobStart, a not-for-profit organization, taught Adult Education, is well- published, and created an HR column and series for an estimated audience of 180,000 visitors on the website CharityVillage.com.
Having relocated to London in January 2005, she has been part of the executive team for the Canadian Women’s Club and is Past President, and has served as a Board Trustee for the Maple Leaf Trust- the premier charity of the Canadian Community in the U.K. She continues to split her time between projects in North America and the UK.
