Lakshmi is highly respected for her efficiency, drive and her widespread content knowledge. Offering her clients a unique combination of analytic and creative strength, Lakshmi has extensive experience in project management for large, globally distributed efforts. Having worked with global firms to design and manage Performance Appraisal formats, criteria and processes and Promotion Assessment Processes for both staff and senior management and Performance Score Cards, Lakshmi lends both strategic/conceptual and operations/practical perspective to design. She has developed comprehensive training frameworks that are both competency and leadership based for key clients, and applies these skill in her client work at Apt Talent Partners..

Prior to joining Apt, Lakshmi held corporate human resources positions focused on global, India and Asia-Pac needs for Lehman Brothers (now Nomura) and Cognizant Technologies Limited. She is based in our Singapore office, delivering service to clients around the world.

Lakshmi graduated from Madras University, India with a Bachelor of Science and continued there to achieve her Master of Social Work (MSW) specializing in Human Resources where she excelled as a University Gold Medalist.
